Alongside our core tax, accountancy and advisory services, TaxAssist Accountants have access to multiple in-house additional service lines which opens the market up even further.

In 2026, TaxAssist launched TaxAssist Plus, to give clients access to trusted specialist services, to meet clients’ needs and drive new income streams for our network. Services available through TaxAssist Plus include financial planning, business banking and business finance, with additional complementary services expected to be introduced over time.
The initial TaxAssist Plus partner panel includes:
- TaxAssist Plus Financial Planning, delivered through a joint venture with Perspective Financial Group, providing access to financial planning, retirement planning, investments, inheritance tax planning and wealth management services.
- Tide, providing digital business banking solutions designed specifically for SMEs.
- White Oak UK, offering business finance and funding solutions to help businesses invest, grow and manage cash flow.
This represents a huge opportunity for the TaxAssist network, with an extended range of services, providing a competitive advantage over local firms. This ensures clients are provided with a first-class service from their accountant but also have the opportunity to be offered services to provide for their futures.
These complementary services have seen TaxAssist Accountants develop a better understanding of clients' needs and goals in order to provide suitable advice for their requirements.
While most tax planning needs can be supported by our network, Tax Consulting by TaxAssist enables franchisees to offer additional specialist tax services to their clients to earn more fees and retain and attract new business.
Payroll by TaxAssist works alongside our network of accountants to deliver end-to-end payroll services for their clients. This provides enhanced functionality for franchisees, their clients, and their employees and because it is priced at a level significantly below the typical market rate, it's also helping franchisees to achieve better profit margins and win new business.
Resourcing by TaxAssist is the most recent service to launch and has been designed to support our network of accountants to find talent and build stronger, more effective teams in order to maintain client experience and grow their practices. It’s a recruitment model built around the way TaxAssist practices work - delivering reliable, compliant, and culturally aligned team members.

Accreditations and ethics
With extensive coverage across the UK, the TaxAssist Group also has franchisees in Ireland, operates under a Master Franchise agreement in Canada and a licence agreement in Australia.
The Group abides by the ethics of the British Franchise Association (bfa) and works closely with all relevant accountancy and tax professional bodies and institutions.
The Group also abides by the laws and ethics of the Irish Franchise Association and the Franchise Council of Australia (FCA).
