The initiative builds on TaxAssist’s existing AI governance framework, which provides franchisees with clear guidance, policies and practical support to help them navigate the opportunities and risks associated with generative AI in practice environments.

The partnership will deliver a structured training programme focused on Microsoft Copilot and practical AI application in accountancy, designed to be accessible, relevant and directly applicable to day-to-day work.

Samantha Skyring, Head of Network Development at TaxAssist Accountants, said: "This partnership with Hello AI gives our network practical, real-world support to help them use AI tools like Microsoft Copilot effectively in their day-to-day work. It complements our existing training and guidance, ensuring franchisees can build confidence, improve efficiency and adopt AI in a safe and structured way."

The programme includes monthly on-demand Copilot training, live webinars, a dedicated prompt library for accountants and quarterly CPD-accredited learning, all fully funded through the TaxAssist Training Academy subscription.

TaxAssist Accountants has already introduced formal AI guidance and an AI workplace policy template for franchisees, alongside ongoing training. AI was also a key focus at the 2025 National Conference, where franchisees received practical advice on safe and effective adoption.

The new partnership with Hello AI further reinforces TaxAssist Accountants’ commitment to supporting its network with the tools, knowledge and governance needed to embrace innovation responsibly while maintaining professional standards and compliance.
