The new website went live on 1 October, following a significant investment in TaxAssist’s digital presence. Alongside a refreshed look and feel, the new site has been designed around the way people increasingly search for information, advice and services online.
With business owners turning to AI-powered platforms such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot and Google’s AI-generated search results to find answers and recommendations, TaxAssist has placed a strong focus on making its expertise easier to discover and access.
The website has been structured and developed to help both users and AI platforms navigate TaxAssist’s content, supporting stronger organic visibility and helping to generate enquiries for practices across the network.
The new website also provides a foundation for further digital improvements, with the marketing team continuing to enhance content, refine customer journeys and develop the ways prospective clients can connect with TaxAssist practices.
Kelly Chick, Director of Group Brand and Marketing at TaxAssist Accountants, said: “The way people search for information online is changing rapidly. Increasingly, business owners are using AI tools to find answers, advice and recommendations, which means businesses need to think differently about how they present their expertise online.
“Our new website is about much more than a fresh design. It has been built with the future in mind, making it easier for clients to find the information they need while helping search engines and AI platforms better understand our expertise and content.
“We’re proud of the progress we’ve already made, particularly our strong performance for AI citations within the accountancy sector, but we know that digital visibility requires continuous improvement. The new website gives us a strong foundation to build on and will play an important role in supporting our franchisees and their growth in the years ahead.”
Through its Support Centre in Norwich, TaxAssist Accountants provides extensive marketing support to its franchisees, combining national brand activity with tailored local initiatives designed to help practices build their client base and strengthen their presence in their local communities.
The new client-facing website is part of a much larger digital transformation project to deliver best-in-class software partnerships, AI support, and custom internally developed tools for the TaxAssist Accountants network.
